Refunds can only be granted prior to the commencement of the course and will attract a deduction of N1,000 processing fee. Once you commence the course all videos will be available for as long as you have the log in details. The course content remains the intellectual property of Lady Shayo and Shalatel Learning and cannot be used without permission.
