The art of vision boarding is very helpful in the process of keeping your dreams and aspirations alive becasue it creates a picture of where you see yourself in the future.

My guest, Abimbola Soluade (aka CoachBe) MCIPM, IRCA, Certified Life Coach, is the MD of IEJ Limited, a training, recruiting and consulting agency that helps individuals become the best versions of themselves. She conducts various trainings and capacity building programs in public speaking, servant leadership, executive and administrative duites, front desk administration, executive personal assistant training, customer care, supervisory skills, time management and other soft skills.

Abimbola has extensive experience in designing and conducting customized training for corporates. She has helped executives manage leadership challenges and organizational transformation journeys through coaching interventions, consulting activities and projects such as corporate strategy refresh, HR Operations & Processes set up, Business Processes Re-engineering, Vision boarding, as well as Corporate Events Managements

like Team Bonding.

She has been on the Board of BEST, the Education Unit of the LCCI (Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry) since 2017 till date, making this her 3rd tenure.

She is a multi award winner, a woman who wears many hats, a mother, minister, songwriter, entrepreneur, trainer and public speaker. With over 30 years experience behind her. Abimbola also brought Pitman to Nigeria.

As a way of giving back to the community, she started the 3-month intensive Life & Career Development (LCD) Program for aspiring and young entrepreneurs and has turned out 9 sets of participants. In addition, she trained an average of 400 people per year on Vision Boarding pro-bono for 3 consecutive years.
